Tutukaka Lighthouse
About
The track to the Tutukaka lighthouse runs along the top of a headland managed by Department of Conservation. Stairs lead you down onto the rocks and at a mid to low tide continues to the old lighthouse on Kukutauwhao Island (maintained by the Whangarei District Council).
How you can help
Volunteers can help with bird monitoring. No skills are necessary as all training is provided. Contact us to help.
